About the Event
Join us for our free annual special event for our community partner schools to help students start their school year strong!
In this interactive and fun class, we will learn:
- The 3 Rules of CONCENTRATION
- Strategies to FOCUS in and out of school
- Ways to show RESPECT
- How to practice SELF-CONTROL
- Habits to develop SELF-CONFIDENCE
- Fun beginner martial arts techniques!
Choose the day/time that works best for you (FRIDAY 9/20 6:45pm or SATURDAY 9/21 2:30pm), and we look forward to seeing you!
